Client: Electremporiki Kotsekidis
Description: The client wanted an interesting new way to display prices and promotions in store. The business, located in a small town, is an electrical store and and for the specific project I had strict limitations regarding the final production costs.

After analysing the way the appliances are displayed in-store, I came up with a range of tags from self-standing to hanging. The larger ones were displaying a QR code, which added a level of interaction with the consumers. At first the QR code would be a simple link to the product’s page in my client’s website, for the consumer to get more details. The proposal for later development was for the QR code to be used with a specialized web app were, multiple qr codes scans can stuck up products for comparison, specific products highlight others and other similar functionality. The stand also had a detachable power plug tag that was an element striped from the company’s logo. The reasoning behind the plug was to attract attention and it could also be used as a display for special -limited time- offers.

The high production cost was limited by creating A4 preprinted templates, that could later be printed and assembled, and reusable power plugs with discounts. Also the same plug design was to be used as a hanging price tag.
